Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Pinch of salt
  • About 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick oleo (margarine)

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients for topping. Spread a thick layer of rhubarb in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Spread the above mixture with melted oleo and drizzle over rhubarb and bake at 375 degrees F until lightly browned and rhubarb is done.
