What is powdered sugar? I am in Australia and we don't have anything called that.

I'm sure you have it but it's probably called by a different name. It's icing sugar in the UK--does that help?

What would you use to make a frosting/icing for a cake? It's powdered sugar!

It's also called confectioners sugar in the US. You can make it yourself by putting regular sugar in a blender.
