This recipe is unbelievably delicious and it's fat free.

  • 1 carton fat free pudding
  • 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • fresh fruit (strawberry, peach, blueberry, rasberry) about 4 cups

Directions:

Tear or cut angel food into bite size pieces and layer in a large bowl (about 1/2 of cake) or 9X13 inch pan.

Mix pudding, and milk together until creamy then fold in cool whip. This is your next layer over cake (about 1/2 of mixture)

Next layer is fresh fruit of your choice

Repeat with with cake, pudding mix and fruit.

This makes quite a large batch and does keep for a few days IF you have any leftovers. Enjoy!

Servings: approximately 8-10
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes, if you are baking the cake

Should the 3rd ingredient: "1 carton fat free pudding" be 1 carton fat free Cool Whip?
