Quick and Easy "Refried Beans"

Ingredients:

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • small clove of garlic
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive or canola oil

Directions:

Place all in food processor and blend until smooth.

Makes a great dip, or a base layer for burritos and tostadas. I sometimes also add about 1/4 cup of picante sauce for a different flavor.
