6 Hour Stew
Love the big chunks of veggies in this stew.
- 1 1/2-2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 8 carrots, peeled, cut into chunks
- 8 potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, sliced thickly
- 3 cans beef gravy
- 3/4 can water
Grease 9x13 inch pan. Combine ingredients. Seal tightly with foil. Bake 5-6 hours at 250 degrees F.
