Here in the UK the only substitute for American graham crackers I've found are digestive biscuits. Not quite the same but close enough to work for s'mores:) Have a look at this American link to graham crackers and then look on the biscuit aisle at your grocery to see if you can find anything similar:

McVities chocolate digestives would be pretty close. A really good alternative is plain digestives with Nutella. Mmmmm.
