Chocolate Icing

A great way to save a dry cake.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter (or 6 Tbs. oil for parve cake)

Directions:

Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat and pour on the cake.

Servings: 1 - 9 inch cake
Time:1 Minutes Preparation Time
5 Minutes Cooking Time
