Mini Reeses Cookies


  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup flour

  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Candy


Cream together margarine, brown sugar, and white sugar. Blend in egg, peanut butter, and vanilla. Sift together and add: flour, baking soda, and salt.

Divide into 42 balls and put each into a mini muffin tin cup. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-9 minutes.

While they're baking, unwrap the candies so they'll be ready when the cookies are done. Remove the cookies from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each cookie. Cool 10 minutes in the pan then remove the cookies, and place them on wire racks to finish cooling.
