Please don't cook it in the microwave. If people only knew how bad they are. The take all the nutrients out of the food.

Baloney, microwaves excite the water molecules causing the surrounding meat to heat. Heat from fire, etc. has the same effect. The water heats, causing the rest to heat. Boiling vegetables can cause nutrients to be lost into the boiling water. Smart cooks use a little water with the correct heating time/settings to make microwave cooking more nutritious.

Some things take a combination microwave/ induction or grilling coils to make some meats good, like hamburgers. But everything can be done in a microwave if you know what you are doing and follow directions.

Wash the breast inside and out with cold water, and pat dry with paper towels. Salt and pepper the cavity. Place a small sliced onion, a celery stalk, and sprigs of fresh thyme, sage and parsley (or a combination of dried) in the cavity. Place the turkey in a greased microwave-safe baking dish. Rub vegetable oil on the outside, and salt and pepper. Cover the breast with a sheet of waxed paper. Place in the microwave and cook at 50% power for 9-10 minutes per pound. If you don't have a carousel in the microwave, turn the dish every 10-15 minutes. When done, remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before carving.
