What to Do With Extra Amish Bread Starter Kits?

Does anyone know how to use the Amish Friendship bread starter kits (after making 1st batch of bread) if you haven't given them away? Can you bake it all in a big batch rather than give away many starters?

Thank you in advance.

You can put it in the freezer until you want to use it. It freezes fine. Just let it thaw.

If you don't use all the starters or give them away, you can freeze them after they are "fed". Just thaw and put on the counter and proceed. If it doesn't bubble well, just feed again. I have kept starter in the freezer for months when I have used and given away all I can.

Put it in the freezer. When you take it out, that's Day 1.
