Shrimp and cocktail sauceIt's good, and less than 1/3 of what the store price is. We basically make it for free, as we make our own ketchup from tomatoes we grow, and grow our own horseradish, which I shred.

Cocktail sauce is ketchup, horseradish sauce, and worchestersire sauce. Mix it all together to your personal taste. Start with the ketchup and horseradish sauce till it is as spicy as your like, then add worchestersire till it tastes like you want it to.

If you would like to make 5 star quality restaurant style cocktail sauce here's the recipe for you! This recipe makes about 1/2 cup so try it first to make sure you trust me and like it yourself. If you do like it then just multiply the ingredients by 34 to make one gallon (16 cups in a gallon):

Deeli's Cocktail Sauce

1/3 cup catsup
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

Combine the first four ingredients and then add pepper and garlic salt to taste and then add Tabasco sauce to taste.

*Let me know how you like it :-)
