This is so yummy! Love the ham and cheese in this quiche.
3/4 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1/4 stick (2 Tbsp.) margarine
1/2 cup pepper cheese, cubed
1/2 cup Monterrey jack cheese, cubed
2 cups diced ham
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
green onion and mushrooms (optional)
Thaw and drain hash browns and put in 9x11 inch pan. Pour melted margarine over them. Add cheese and ham. Combine eggs and salt, slightly beaten. Add milk and pour over all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
