Hamburger-Noodle Casserole I
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 of 8 oz. pkg. noodles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- grated American cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, onion, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10-20 minutes. Cook noodles. Stir cream cheese, sour cream and noodles into a tomato mixture and put into casserole. Top with grated American cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger
- 1 package noodles
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- Velveeta cheese
Directions
Brown hamburger and onion. Cook noodles in boiling water until done. Drain, add hamburger, onion, mushrooms and soup. Stir well and pour into large baking dish. Slice cheese and place on top to cover. Bake in 300 degree F oven for 1/2 hour.
