Black Bean Dip I
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans (drained)
- 1 small can diced chili peppers (drained)
- 1/4 cup salsa (use what you have)
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/ 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 squeeze lime or lemon
Directions
Dump all ingredients into a food processor or blender and whirl like mad. When it's done, pour it into a bowl and serve with your homemade chips and/or a bunch of veggies!

Ingredients
- 1 can black bean soup
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated jalapeno pepper
- corn chips
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Serve with corn chips. Freezes well.
