Black Bean Dip

Black Bean Dip I

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans (drained)
  • 1 small can diced chili peppers (drained)
  • 1/4 cup salsa (use what you have)
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 squeeze lime or lemon

Directions

Dump all ingredients into a food processor or blender and whirl like mad. When it's done, pour it into a bowl and serve with your homemade chips and/or a bunch of veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 can black bean soup
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated jalapeno pepper
  • corn chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Serve with corn chips. Freezes well.
