Turkey Meatloaf

Tired of the same old thing? Try ground turkey. It's better for you and reminds you of Thanksgiving.

  • 1- 2 lbs. of ground turkey
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 stalks celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. sage
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Gravy Master
  • Salt and pepper

Place carrot, celery, onion in food processor. Process until all is chopped up. Add ground turkey and 1 or 2 eggs. Place all in a large bowl. Add spices and oatmeal as a filler. Hand mix all together.

Turn into baking pan (9x13) and form into a long loaf.

If you like gravy, add at the table (beef or turkey)
