Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Love the cauliflower and cheese!


  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped, cooked, and undrained
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • Ad
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cup chicken broth or bouillon
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 cup shredded cheese


In large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Gradually add broth, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cauliflower, including water, in which it was cooked. Cook until thickened. Add cheese. You can use broccoli instead of cauliflower or even half of each together.

Cooking Time: varies minutes
