Sweet Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sweet peas, drained
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 10 large olives (or 15 small)
  • 1 large sweet pickle (or 2 small)
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice

Directions

Dice eggs, olives and pickles. Mix with peas in bowl. Mix Miracle Whip, mustard and juice together and stir into peas. Chill before serving.

I think pea salad is so much better when you make it with frozen peas...thawed of course.
The canned peas get mushy when mixed up and the frozen peas give the salad a nice crunchy touch.
