Hi Robin
I look forward to reading your recipes every day. And have tried several and loved them. I tried your chicken rolls last night and my family absolutely loved them. I'm going to try the onion rice recipe this weekend. Sounds great! I also have an onion rice recipe you and TF readers might like to try. It is also very easy. My Mother used to make this alot. DH hates onions but loves this rice.

1-1/2 cups rice (not instant)
1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
1 can Swansons Chicken Broth
3 TBSP margarine
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Then cover and simmer for about 20 or 25 minutes.
Enjoy!!!
