My favorite Blue Cheese Dressing is:

Sour cream
Blue Cheese
A little milk to thin down (or not)

that is it.

Lower fat,

Yogurt cheese (plain yogurt drained)
Blue cheese
anything else you'de like to add

I'm not into the ones with mayonaise in.

RE: Blue Cheese Dressing

Just wanted to say it was great! Thanks for the recipe, we use a lot of blue cheese for wings, salad, pizza and so on. I even got my 13 year old daughter in the kitchen helping make it! Thanks a bunch! (02/13/2005)
