Archived on 07/02/2009
Mix 4 oz crumbled blue or feta cheeses to 16 oz. nonfat plain yogurt. Add 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar, mix to blend and allow flavors to blend in refrigerator for a few hours. This is thick, can makes a great veggie dip, too.

RE: Blue Cheese Dressing
My favorite Blue Cheese Dressing is:
- Sour cream
- Blue Cheese
- A little milk to thin down (or not)
That is it.
Lower fat version
- Yogurt cheese (plain yogurt drained)
- Blue cheese
- anything else you would like to add
I'm not into the ones with mayonnaise. (07/03/2007)

RE: Blue Cheese Dressing
Just wanted to say it was great! Thanks for the recipe, we use a lot of blue cheese for wings, salad, pizza and so on. I even got my 13 year old daughter in the kitchen helping make it!
Thanks a bunch! (02/13/2005)
