RE: Blue Cheese Dressing

My favorite Blue Cheese Dressing is:
  • Sour cream
  • Blue Cheese
  • A little milk to thin down (or not)
That is it.

Lower fat version

  • Yogurt cheese (plain yogurt drained)
  • Blue cheese
  • anything else you would like to add
I'm not into the ones with mayonnaise. (07/03/2007)

By no name today

Just wanted to say it was great! Thanks for the recipe, we use a lot of blue cheese for wings, salad, pizza and so on. I even got my 13 year old daughter in the kitchen helping make it! Thanks a bunch! (02/13/2005)
