Italian Dressing Pork Chops
- 6-8 pork chops
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil or grapeseed oil
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 3 lbs. potatoes
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the Italian dressing and pork chops in a pan and bake till they are done. Slice the potatoes, bell pepper, and onion and saute' them in the olive oil or grapeseed oil until cooked through. Serve the pork chops with the potatoes. Top with the Italian dressing before serving.
