Cheese Quiche Squares |

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 small can green chilies, chopped with juice
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Beat eggs. Add diced chilies. Grate both cheeses and add to eggs. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 375 degree F oven for 35 min. Cut into 2x2 inch squares. Serve at room temperature. Great appetizers, snacks.
