Sour Cream Chive Bread |

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup minced chives
- 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
Directions
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 Tbsp. of water or flour if needed). Yield: 1 loaf. Note: If your bread machine has a timer feature, we recommend you do not use it for this recipe.

RE: Sour Cream Chive Bread
How can I convert this to make it by hand, and not in a bread machine? I would also need to use AP flour and NOT bread flour. Any suggestions? Thanks.
