Barbecued Leftover Pork
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. instant minced onion
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 2 cups leftover pork roast, diced in about 1/2 inch pieces
In saucepan, place tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion and Tabasco sauce. When hot, add diced pork and simmer until thoroughly heated. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves about 4.
