Ingredients
- 1 lb. liver cut in thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 green pepper, slivered
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil or vegetable oil
Directions
Roll liver strips in a mixture of the cornmeal and cheese and brown in the oil in the skillet. Add next four ingredients and simmer, covered about 5 minutes.
