Garden Prepared Kale
A great way to prepare "The world's healthiest vegetable".
- 1 bag of kale, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Dash oregano
- Dash basil
- Salt and pepper
Cook the kale in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the leaves start to wilt.
Once the kale cooks down, stir in the garlic, olive oil, spices, lemon juice, and vinegar. Cook for a few more minutes until flavors have blended.
