Chilled Berry Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 cup skim milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
  • artificial sweetener to equal sugar (1/4 cup)

Directions

Wash strawberries and remove stems. Whirl all ingredients in a blender or food processor. If the soup is too thick, stir in a little more water. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
