Chilled Berry Soup
- 4 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup skim milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
- artificial sweetener to equal sugar (1/4 cup)
Wash strawberries and remove stems. Whirl all ingredients in a blender or food processor. If the soup is too thick, stir in a little more water. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
