Spicy Bean and Sausage Soup
Ingredients
two links of Italian sausage (I use turkey)
one small can of pinto beans drained and rinsed
one large can of navy beans drained and rinsed
one onion chopped
one can of corn, drained
one can of diced tomatoes with chiles
two cloves of minced garlic
two cans of low sodium chicken broth
one cup sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning
Directions
Brown sausage in skillet. cut into bite sized pieces. Combine everything except the sour cream, in large pot and simmer for about an to make sure the flavors all blend well. Remove from heat and let cool about 5 minutes. then stir in the sour cream and serve!
This soup is SPICY but has great flavor. If you don't want as much heat, then use regular diced tomatoes without the chiles. If you want more heat then dice one pickled jalapeno pepper and add with rest of ingredients.
Enjoy!

This sounds a lot like the Bean/Sausage soup from Olive Garden and I liked it. I will be keeping this one to use in the future. Thanks Tammy.
