Cheddar Cheese and Red Wine Dip
Serve with table wafer crackers of any flavor. Yum!
- 8 oz. medium cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 4 oz. dry red wine
- 1 oz. butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
Slowly stir the cheese into the wine and butter in a bowl until thoroughly combined, then add the Tabasco and season with salt and pepper to taste.
