No-Peek Pork Chops
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 6 pork chops
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Sprinkle rice in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix butter and milk in small bowl; pour over rice. Mix mushroom and celery soups together. Pour over rice. Arrange pork chops on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake tightly covered at 325 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours.
