Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
- Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 jar (14 oz.) "Pace Mexican Creations" Sweet Roasted Onion and Garlic cooking sauce
Directions
Season pork chops with paprika. In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add pork chops and cook 15 minutes or until well browned and almost done. Add sweet roasted onion and garlic cooking sauce. Heat to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes or until chops are done. Serve with hot mashed potatoes.
