Ingredients
- 8 pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick (I use sirloin center cut pork chops)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or to taste
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice (I use concentrate lemon juice)
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. marjoram
Directions
Brown chops in butter on both sides; remove to platter. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and bring to a boil. Return chops to skillet; reduce heat and cover. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Serves 8
