I've been debating a lot about what I should do for my 14th birthday. Last year, I went out to eat, but I only had a couple people show up and most of them just sat on their phones texting each other from across the room. I was thinking about doing a smoothie party or a glow stick party, but the problem is, that I wanna do something a little bigger, but under $80. Any suggestions? Also my birthday is in April so if you do suggest outdoor parts, that may be a problem.

I think a makeover party would be great. You invite your local Avon or Arbonne lady and they will come over and give y'all free makeovers and you don't even have to buy anything - but to make it worth your while you could buy something from her at the end
Karaoke party, pizza and movie or spa party would all work.
