My birthday is May 14 and I will be turning 14 (how ironic right?!). I honestly don't know what to do.

It depends on the guest list, the weather forecast and your likes. You cant go wrong with bowling, skating and pizza.
At 14 years old I was interested in 3 things make up, boys and my hair..How about instead of spending money on cakes and baloons and and stuff like that why not hire or if you know someone in the familly or friend who knows how and maybe you can ask if she would come to your bday party and give you and your invited girls a facial, or maybe a manipedi. You can buy some slide burgers to munch on after the pampering and celebrate with champagne white grape juice cocktail it has bubbles like champagne and it will tickle your nose.
I thought I had sent this in so if you get 2 please forgive my forgetfulness. OK Darling, you did not say if you were male or female so I am going to assume you are a girl like I was at 14 yrs old. How about inviting seven of girls you like and are comfortable with and invite them to an ALL ABOUT ME Bday Party. How about if instead of cake and ice cream you and your seven girls get a facial or a manipedi at your home. Maybe you know a family friend who does nails and hair and face and ask them for the few dollars mom was going to spend on cake ice cream soda paper plates I mean it's a lot. It can be used to hire someone like real cheap like a student maybe to come to the house and pamper you and your girls. They can bring their own robes and a towel from home with a pair of their slippers, your mom can even get those at the 99 cent store, pediture socks with the toesies out.
haha how weird! my mom works at a salon so wont have to pay anyone to do our nails.... but it is alright i am quite forgetfull myself, and yes i am a girl sorry for not making that clear earlier.. but i really like your suggestion and i might be able to do that.

Why not run with that theme of 14.
Have 14 friends come to the party.
Like have a scavenger theme with 14 things to find.
Have 14 different kinds of candy in bowls on a table.
Make up gift bags with 14 small items.
The possibilities are endless!
