I am turning 14 on July 17th I can't figure out what to do. I would like it to be something outside and not a scavenger hunt. I don't really have a budget so fire away, just nothing extreme. I am a girl and I live in Colorado so going to the beach (etc.) is probably not going to happen. I need suggestions ASAP! Please help me!

What about a nice lunch at an outdoor cafe with your friends?
Going to the beach might not be a logical option, but you could have a beach-themed birthday party. There are lots of beach theme party ideas available online. Another idea would be to have a "make your own" pizza party. You could also plan a movie or TV show themed party that you could have outdoors.
Having just seen photos from a Colorado wedding, it was so beautiful that you could just enjoy your outdoor space and have a picnic party in a local park.
Take your favorite foods and cold pop or water, some big blankets, maybe a few umbrellas (to get that beachy theme). You can your friends can just hangout, chat and enjoy the beauty of your state!
If you don't have a park nearby and have a back yard, take it out there. Then you could add a kiddie pool to soak your feet and if there is a grill, you can have a cookout...best to leave that to an adult :) to help with that...
Cake or cupcakes are always birthday favorites, so if you like that, be sure to have your favorite kind for dessert!
