14th Birthday Party Ideas?

My birthday isn't for a while, but I'm getting ahead of it so it won't be last minute. I want I have a party with both genders, boys and girls, but I have no clue what to do. I think a regular party with just cake and such would be boring. I can't have a swimming party or anything like that because it will be too cold.

Two years ago I had my party at the skating rink and it was really fun. I would like to do that again, but I can't skate. I couldn't skate 2 years ago either and sitting on the bench watching your friends having fun isn't a good way to have a birthday.
I would like to get a bouncy house, but I'm thinking it will be too cold for it. By the way my birthday is in February.
Another suggestion is to rent a place and have a dance party, but that will be too expressive and my family is not great in the money area.
So, I need some suggestions.
