91 Ford Ranger Heater Not Working?

Any one have any ideas why my heat will not work and what I mean is sometimes the air will blow and sometimes it won't. It's a Ranger XLT.

I have the same problem on my 91 ranger XLT have not been able to get it. Work last year fine.
