Acetone on Oak Table Damaged Finish?

I have a oak table that acetone as been dropped on. It has taken the top layer off and it is now rough. Does anyone know how I can repair this?

You will have to sand it out, then refinish it.

Try a wood crayon to cover the spot, then polish over it.
