I have a Armetale platter 14 5/8 by 11 3/4. It has Wilton Columbia PA stamped on it and two stamps above that with what looks horses and to the right of that a stamp with rWp in a circle. Can anyone tell me when it was made?

There are too many variables as the platters are still being made and there are all shapes and sizes. I did not find a website giving dates for symbols/numbers.
It looks like the company is still in business and as their items seem to have a life time warranty, perhaps they can give you the history of the item:
