Steps:

  1. Saute cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
  2. Add the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir fry mixture until meat cooks completely. Set aside.
  4. Place shanghai wrapper in a plate. Scoop a spoonful of stir fry and place in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Place a strip of cheese on top.
  6. Neatly roll each piece.
  7. Fry the rolls until golden brown.
  8. Serve with your thousand island dressing garnished with grated cheese.
