Are These Insect Eggs?

Are These Insect Eggs? - clusters of black debrisThis is the second time I randomly find something like this in my room, the first being almost a month ago. Does anyone know if these are some kind of eggs and if so of what insects?

This is called - Hypogastura Nivicola - formally known as Springtails or Snow Flea ( not actually a flea ) . They look like tiny pepper like dots. This insect loves moisture , decay , and vegetation, creating damage in it's mist. - www.bing.com/.../search?q=snow+flea+larvae+pictures...

To me, they do not look like eggs from an insect at all. It looks more like some type of dust or dirt and I can see a lot of hair in there. I think that you need to do a good cleaning and this should take care of it.

I would try to run the vacuum in the room a few times a week to keep the lint, dust, and hair off the floor.
