I've been going through "puberty" (I'm 15 years old) and am growing some serious armpit hair! It's starting to get extremely hot where I live and many kids at my school are wearing tank tops! I'm also a part of a dance group and the dress code there forces me to show my dark, hairy, full, sweaty, smelly, and gross hair! (Um ew) Ever since it started to grow (2 years ago) I've been trying to ask my mom to help me, but that's so awkward. I don't think I can do it! I really don't feel like asking my mom. What should I do? Should I talk to her? (I'm also having a performance in my armpit hair showing outfit in a few weeks sooooo) Please help!

Don't be shy to ask your mom/tell your mom and listen to her suggestions on which method for hair removal. It may be awkward at first, but don't worry :) She's your mom after all! Good luck!
Sometimes when I was very shy about asking mom a question I wrote her a note and left it where she would find it when I was at school. When I got home, she would usually be very good about answering. In the rare time she forgot, it was easiest to start the convo with did you find my note...vs. the topic at hand.
I guess now you could text her...but my luck I would send it to the wrong person. Sometimes old fashioned works (paper note that can be burned when you are done).
