Banana Bread Topped with Chocolate Chips
Simple and quick banana bread recipe. All I had to do was measure out all the ingredients and tossed into my stand mixer! *Of course you can mash banana with fork and mix all the ingredients (dry/wet separately then combine too).
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 50-55 minutes
Total Time: 55-60 minutes
Yield: 9" x 5"
- 4 Ripe bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- Optional Chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brush loaf pan with oil.
- Add ripe bananas into stand mixer until chunky.
- Add remainder ingredients in and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Optional: Top off with some chocolate chips on top. (or mix in your batter depends on your preference). Bake for 50-55 minutes or until ready.
