Banana Bread Topped with Chocolate Chips

Simple and quick banana bread recipe. All I had to do was measure out all the ingredients and tossed into my stand mixer! *Of course you can mash banana with fork and mix all the ingredients (dry/wet separately then combine too).

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 50-55 minutes

Total Time: 55-60 minutes

Yield: 9" x 5"

Ingredients:

  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • Optional Chocolate chips

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brush loaf pan with oil.
  2. Add ripe bananas into stand mixer until chunky.
  3. Add remainder ingredients in and mix until you have a smooth batter.
  4. Optional: Top off with some chocolate chips on top. (or mix in your batter depends on your preference). Bake for 50-55 minutes or until ready.
