Bathroom Paint Color Advice?

I live in my family home, both parents passed, and I am renovating the bathroom. All the tiles are basically falling off the walls and I am having to put up new cornices let alone strip the ceiling back, as my dad put up foam ceiling tiles which has caused so much headache, especially as they are through out the house which is rather large.

Anyway I've got a dull green Wiltshire bathroom sink and bath, I realise I'm going to have to change the sink as I want to put in a vanity, it's just a bench with sink, but I don't want to replace the bath as I never use it. I hate baths.

I'm replacing and painting tiles gloss white, the vanity will be white and the new floor will be white squares with black/grey diamonds at the centre of each 300 x 300 mm square. Thing is originally I thought of with the sink and bath doing a white with black and green accents. Now that I'm having to replace the sink I have no idea where to go especially seeing as the bath is going to stand out like a sore thumb! Any help with colour would be so welcome and I thank you for your time.

I would go with your original thought of white/green colour scheme, and I would replace the sink with a white one. White is by far the safest colour. You could camouflage the tub by hanging a shower curtain in it -- even if there is no shower there. The curtain could be kept closed to hide the tub, or you could hang decorative curtains in front on a showercurtain rod. I did this when I had a sliding door on the tub, to soften the look of the shower. Pick a curtain that is quite snazzy and use it as the basis for your colour scheme.
