Put ice in the top bowl. Dip the bottom bowl in hot water. They should separate.

This has happened to me but I cannot remember how I unstuck my bowls so I had to research for an answer.
Here are some suggestions:

"microwave them for 30 to 90 seconds and the pressure from the water trapped between them will pop them apart"

"Set the bottom in a sink of hot water so it will expand and put cold water in the top bowl so it contracts."

"Set the bottom bowl in hot water, place ice in the top bowl and add a little cold water and a little salt to make it colder - wait 4 or 5 minutes"

"Spray cooking spray all around the rim and slightly wiggle"

Hope something works for you.
