Buckwheat Waffle Mix

Buckwheat waffles have become a routine Saturday morning breakfast for us. It is much easier to mix the dry ingredients ahead and just add the other ingredients later when I make the waffles. This quart jar holds enough for 4 batches of waffles. I have a note written on the jar. I can remember to add 1 cup of the mix to this.
