Car Heater Not Blowing Warm Air

My heater blows cold air on heat or AC.

We have had several questions on that. My suggestion was to blow out the system so there is no air.

That happened to me once and it was a faulty thermostat. Once the engine has heated the water enough, the thermostat should let the hot water circulate. If it is very cold outside it may take a while for the engine to heat up. You can watch the heat dial. When mine goes from 6 o'clock to the 9 o'clock position, the heat comes on.
