Your cat either has a flea or food allergy, or its suffering from worms, or it could be anxiety. Whatever the reason, you need to have it check by a vet, sooner than later. Blessings~
Your cat could have mites, fleas or mange. To know for sure, take it to the vet for a skin sample test.
Please take your cat to your vet now. The poor kitty is suffering with ever increasing itching and pain.
