My Coach bag doesn't have a liner and it's filthy inside. Any tips?

Most of the information presented about how to clean a Coach bag/purse will have to do with the type that has a fabric liner.
First - Coach stores offer a free purse cleaning (available to use every 3 months); you have to call the store and make an appointment for this service. Not all department stores that sell Coach offer this service but I do know that Neiman Marcus did at one time. Anyway, worth a try.
DIY - Usually a good beginning is just plain water with a little blue Dawn does a good first try. Wet small areas with a damp cloth and then a spot of Dawn.
There is a cleaner that some recommend (I've never used it); product called: Tuff Stuff - can be found at Walmart or Target or online. This was used with a small brush & a wet washcloth.
Here is one YouTube video on this subject (there are more sites).

Here is a link to Coach website that has a lot of information about their products:
If the purse does not have a fabric liner then you will need to clean the inside of the bag just like you would clean the outside of your bag. That means that you will use 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of Dawn dish soap mixed in with the water.
You can hand wash with a little detergent and and water, rubbing together with your hands working the stains out. Rinse , and air dry. If you do not want to do the work , you could have your bag Dry cleaned for a few dollars.
