These little bite sized cookies are perfect for kids. Make them full sized if you like. The combination of coconut flour and coconut oil with the chocolate chips results in a delicious snack.

With just 7 ingredients, you can make these delicious bite size coconut flour chocolate chip cookies! My kids prefer bite size cookies, but you can make your cookies standard size if you would like.

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Cook Time: 10-12 minutes

Total Time: 15-22 minutes + cooling time

Yield: 21 cookies (varies depending on your cookie size preference)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  1. Melt coconut oil over stove top.
  2. In a bowl, add all your ingredients in except chocolate chips and mix.

  5. Line your pan with parchment paper and scoop to form your cookies. Then bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool.
