Does anyone know if there is a way to use the WW frozen entrees as foods on the Selection Plan? They used to have the breakdown on the boxes, but that's been years ago. They only show points now. : (

The experts for this would be the people who work for Weight Watchers. Contact the company. You could also contact a local group and they would probably know too.
You can try contacting your local chapter but they may not really know since this is long past but you may be able to find one of the 1980's WW's books on eBay and I believe one of those with this type of information was called Quick Start.
When i did a search, all I found was this resource that discusses the different sort of WW products available in supermarkets, as well as their properties: www.weightwatchers.com/

My thinking is that a product that weight watchers puts out has to count with the plan they made up.
